Terms of service

These terms apply when you use mambabikes.com.au or buy from Mamba Bikes Pty Ltd (Mamba). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and do not misuse it, interfere with it or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may correct pricing or product errors, and we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, photos and specifications accurate. Range and performance figures are a guide only and vary with rider weight, terrain, weather and the assist level used.

Riding safely

You are responsible for riding your e-bike safely and following the road rules where you ride, including wearing an approved helmet. Read the manual and have your bike checked and serviced regularly.

Liability

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Refunds, shipping and privacy

Our refund, shipping and privacy policies form part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
